Hotel Information

ITEC 2025 will be held at the Maple Hall of the UW campus: 1135 NE Campus Pkwy, Seattle, WA 98105

Accommodation in Seattle during summertime is very expensive. Finding a place for $200-300 per night will be a good deal. Make your reservation in advance!

- There are a few hotels with a very limited accommodation in a walking distance from the meeting venue:
- Although, ground transportation in Seattle is one of the best in the USA, the most reliable way to commute is light rail.
- Most hotels are in downtown of Seattle. Price/night usually starts at about $250. The downtown area of Seattle is a very touristic place serving lots of  attractions as Museum of glass, Pike Place market, Museum of popular music, waterfront area, Opera house, etc. However, this place is noisy. It is  definitely  safe, but, unfortunately, during night hours you might experience facing many homeless people. In my opinion, this place is good to visit, but  may not be  great to stay.
 - Good deals, especially for groups of people, may be available at vrbo and Airbnb, including residential areas in Seattle most of  which are  gorgeous  during summertime.

We wish you only positive experience in Seattle and suggest you avoiding several unpleasant areas in Seattle(highlighted in red) on the map, even if the lodging price is much lower compared to other locations:
